The Shift Schedules S2-10-50 Excel spreadsheet automatically assigns up to 50 people to up to 10 shifts per day in response to your scheduling needs and your employee's preferences and qualifications. The program automatically assigns days off and creates schedules from 1 week to 1 month in length. The spreadsheet produces individual and group schedules and comes in sizes for 6, 10 and 20 shifts for up to 500 employees. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required. During the free trial period restrictions apply with respect to the number of schedules displayed. The companion S2-Shift Maker can convert your sales, or other time-dependant employee needs, into schedule shifts for a one week period. The S12-Class Scheduler can schedule 250 students to 5 days of classes per week and was developed to schedule Adult Day Care activities or classes as part of a Client Care Plan. It also has applications in scheduling students to other types of classes. You simply define the classes or activities that each instructor teaches during each class period and then use the drop-down menus to assign students/clients to a class or activity each period. The program tracks class sizes as you make student assignments and it creates class rosters, instructor schedules and student schedules.
This spreadsheet comes in three sizes; two are 5 day schedulers for 250 or 600 students, 5 daily class periods and 15 instructors and the other is a 7 day scheduler for 250 students, 10 daily class periods and 15 instructors.
This series also has a Service Scheduler that you can use to assign daily or weekly services that each person is to receive. Employee Task Scheduling for up to One Year with Excel
Assign 50 daily tasks to 20 employees for one year with up to three tasks per person per day. You specify which tasks each employee is qualified to perform and then specify the number of people (up to 5) you need assigned to each task each day of the week. You then proceed to assign people to the daily tasks for up to one year. The program is best suited for situations where daily tasks are relatively constant from one week to the next. The scheduling sheet shows tasks remaining to be assigned each day and up to 3 extra (not previously specified as necessary) tasks that have been assigned.
Statistics are gathered by the program to summarize the number of times during the year each person has been assigned to each task. Individual schedules, task schedules and calendars are produced to show task assignments.
The spreadsheet comes in several different sizes for up to 80 employees and for 52, 26 and 13 week scheduling.

Shift Schedules Doctors Call and Task Scheduler
The calls and tasks spreadsheet allows you to schedule 2 daily calls and 50 daily tasks to 20 doctors. Since you can schedule 2 doctors to each call, essentially 4 daily calls can be scheduled. Doctors are assigned to calls via drop-down menus. In a like manner, one or two daily tasks are assigned to each doctor. A table is provided for you to specify the doctors available for each task. This feature allows you to associate tasks with special requirements with doctors having special qualifications. The task assignment drop-down menus for each doctor, in turn, displays only those tasks specified for that doctor.
Task and call assignment statistics are gathered and displayed on the scheduling sheet to allow you to see the distribution of calls and tasks assigned to each doctor.
Weekly calendars as well as individual schedules, task schedules and call schedules are produced by the program. The calendar shows assignments over a two-week period while the other schedules display assignments over a 16 week period. Multiple calendars and schedules can be created to cover the entire 52 week period.
