A multipurpose tracking tool for your Palm OS PDA. With UTS you can track time and any numerical values, such as money, weight, calories, billable time, expenses, mileage and more.
You are able to enter numerical values with pad buttons or use stopwatches to log time intervals. The numbers entered or time intervals can be converted into the billing cost, calories burned, resources consumed or can be stored as is. This is very useful if you are a consultant, freelancer, scientist, doctor, engineer or sportsman.
UTS stores all your important information in a single customizable database and can automatically convert one value into another. You can enter just one value and UTS will calculate other values using predefined rules and dependencies. UTS allows you to create hierarchical tracking structures on your desktop PC and then plug them into the application on your PDA.
The customizable database of measurement units allows you to convert all you values form one system to another with one click. You may download add-on databases of measurement units from our site and plug them into UTS database.
UTS features powerful tools for flexible analysis of your data: customizable charts and diagrams, totals and statistical reports. You can even export your data into CSV or MS Excel format for further analysis on your desktop PC.

The ExpenseMonitor Excel software is intended to make the tracking of expenses simple, easy and yet powerful enough to make monthly totals and charts on the fly, helping you analyze the spending pattern efficiently.
This software needs Microsoft Excel, and it has many powerful features as follows:
(1) Charting on the fly: Monthly totals for items and categories are plotted as bar chart and pie chart respectively. If income is entered, pie chart containing saving is also plotted.
(2)Totals on the Fly: Totals of each item, each category and all expense are calculated in the worksheet on the fly.
(3) Yearly consolidation: Totals of each item, category and group can be consolidated into a yearly summary and charts on the click of a button.
(4) Grouping the expenses: Expense item can be flagged into recurring and/or tax-deductible group. This information is used for yearly consolidation into different groups: all expenses, non-recurring, recurring, and tax-deductible. This will aid in filling taxes, and in better analyzing your spending pattern.
(5) Flexibility in defining categories and items: The software provides a comprehensive list of expense categories and items. However, it also provides the flexibility to define your own categories and items
(6) Time savers: Whenever the ExpenseMonitor is opened, a small tool bar will appear. It has the following time saving tools: searching utility and sum calculator, freezing/unfreezing columns, searching for a chart, showing calculator, and generating report.
(7) Searching ability: You can search for a string or value in worksheet or comment, and calculate the total of chosen expenses with the provided sum calculator. This utility can help you in many ways, for example, bill consolidation.

If you bill by the hour, QuickRef can make your life easier. It tracks time, expenses, to-do items, and keeps all your notes organized and easy to find. Working alone or in a group, QuickRef is the answer to your record keeping and reporting needs. It creates status reports, proposals, invoices, to-do lists, lists of things to buy, and purchasing check lists.
Easily create status reports for either single or multiple projects, including time comparisons between different projects for the current month or past 30 days. Tailor reports to include as much or as little information you wish to share, and automatically publish them to your office network.
The appearance of all reports and lists can be tailored to suit your tastes, including foreground and background colors, fonts, and text size. Graphics can be attached to either the top and side of reports, allowing you (in most cases) to exactly match the look of your existing company stationary.
