IconEdit2 is a truecolor icon editor for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP. It supports ICO, ICL, NIL, EXE, DLL, GIF, TIFF, BMP and JPEG files for open/extract/convert to icons. It can save your work as 48x48, 32x32 or 16x16 ICO (TrueColor, 256-color or 16-color), as well as GIF, TIFF, BMP or JPEG files. Allows you to paint, undo/redo, search for icons in your files and capture any 48x48, 32x32 or 16x16 screen area. Image rotation, various adjustments and filters also available. Contains a library of sample icons.
IconEdit2 provides single-window, user-friendly interface. At the left there is a drawing area.
It allows user to draw icon image using different drawing tools.
At right there are tool buttons:
- Point tool
Allows user to draw points and freehand lines;
- Line tool
Allows user to draw straight lines.
- Ellipse tool
Allows user to draw ellipses - outlined or filled with current drawing color.
- Rectangle tool
Allows user to draw rectangles - outlined or filled with current drawing color.
- Spray tool
Allows user to draw soft-edged spots or wide lines with current drawing color.
- Fill tool
Allows user to fill uniform-colored areas, bounded by other colors, with current drawing color.
- Search tool
Allows user to search directories in your hard (or floppy, or CD, or network, or other) drive to find icons in *.ICO, *.EXE, *.DLL files, and also bitmaps in *.BMP, *.GIF, *.TIF, *.TIFF, *.JPG, *.JPEG files which are possible to convert to icons.
- Camera tool
Allows user to make snapshots of any 48x48, 32x32 or 16x16 screen area.
- Hand tool
Allows user to shift drawing in any direction.
- Color thermometer tool
Allows to select drawing color from the drawing itself.

Hundred years ago Aquatic built his little cave near by a wonderful waterfall. Every night Aquatic left his house to listen to the music of the waterfall. But one day, Aquatic faced a dangerous problem. The cave started to flood under the invasion of aqua bubbles. Being unable to stop the bubbles on his own, Aquatic cried out for help. You can become his saviour!
You are in the cave, part of which is randomly filled with certain number of aqua bubbles of different colors. The bubbles continually attack in attempt to flood the cave. The complexity of the game gradually increases as you move from one level to the other: the speed of falling aqua bubbles quickens and aqua bubbles of new colors appear. Don't let them reach the water surface in the bottom. Otherwise, the cave will be buried under the water forever, and the game will be over. What you need to do is to put three or more aqua bubbles of the same color together so that they burst and disappear from the Aquatic's cave. If after bursting some aqua bubbles get disconnected from the others or from the ceiling, they fall down and disappear. For each burst aqua bubble you are given 10 points. For each fallen aqua bubble, you are given 20 points. Make sure that less and less bubbles are present in the cave. You can check how things are going by looking at a water thermometer. The more bubbles you destroy, the higher the level of water in the thermometer becomes. When it reaches the top, a level is completed. The bubbles' intrusion grows into a war with the appearance of black bubbles, which can't be burst in a usual way. You can get rid of black aqua bubbles only by blowing them up with a bomb bonus. As the game becomes more complex, Aquatic will help you by providing bonuses and warnings in case of danger. Protect the innocent creature and rescue his little house!
