With Archive & Restore, you can save, stow away and restore files easily. After archiving, links will remain that let you access archived files in their original places. The program supports archiving to removable disks and catalogs them in a database. Files are stored in their original format and directly accessible. You can search in the archives, including searching for free text that you entered when archiving.
A link left behind after stowing away a file can be copied or moved to another folder. To avoid clutter, links are collected in special files. Saved versions of a file are listed under its properties on an additional page. There you can open and restore a previous version quickly.
