ColorCache is a comprehensive color picker and palette building tool for use on Windows 98, NT4, ME, 2000 and XP. ColorCache allows you to create harmonious palettes and color swatches for all of your projects. You can add new palettes to ColorCache as needed, and export them as Photoshop Color Swatch files (.ACO), Photoshop Color Table files (.ACT) or as XML files for transfer to other colleagues or computers.
