This program displays various statistics about your Internet Dial-up and GPRS connections. It can process almost all variety of tariff schemes, which are used by ISPs of different countries (money expenses for 1 business hour and for 1 Mb of traffic). Management of several connections (providers), each having its own settings and log files with recorded session details and diagrams showing money, time and traffic statistics. Ping of remote address. The program has the following editable counters:
Session Time, Incoming/Outgoing Traffic, Connection Speed, Reception Speed, Transmission Speed, Current Session Expenses, Payment Balance, System Time and Counters of Totals. There is a number of additional options and fully customizable interface.
Ability to use any number of tariffs that change depending on system time and day of a week;
An option to set the starting day of monthly account (on this day the readings of counters of totals are cleared); an option to choose background and font colors of any counter; an option to launch other programs either before or after establishing connection and close them when ICC closes; sound support with an option of choosing any *.wav file for the selected event; connection break by timer; charges calculation by seconds and minutes; IE dial-up window-operated dialing and redialing at break; an option to run the program at Windows start-up and autorun when IE starts browsing (Windows 95, 98 and ME only). Administration:
an option to set a password for the Options window; optional blocking of the 'Exit' item of the menu; an option to make the program invisible in the Windows Task Manager's list called by ressing Ctrl + Alt + Del (Windows 95, 98 and ME only); unloading ICC from memory when disconnected (in a user-defined number of seconds) and system shutdown possibility.

This data set contains all fields found in our Platinum Plus Rate Center V&H Coordinate Edition plus ... central office wire center V&H coordinates and central office feature codes. This data includes every active telephone NPA/NXX area code and exchange combination in use for the United States, Canada and most of the Caribbean. A key feature of this database is its NECA Tariff No. 4 compatible Rate Center V&H coordinates. Contains the primary Zip or postal code generally associated with the exchange location. For Canadian postal codes, the FSA portion is significant and the LDU portion specifies the first LDU associated with the general location, central office or wire center. This database contains full pooled number 1,000 block level NPA NXX assignments. Line type and carrier assignments are accurate to the 1,000 block level.

It reads the user's IP packages and allows to see the amount of bandwidth consumed as an icon in the system tray. So a user, who pays a volume based fee or who has a tariff with a bandwidth limit is always aware, how much traffic is already used in a bill period. Traffic statistics reporting allows to analyze and identify what the traffic was used for.
The user is able to see which hosts, services or ports were the top traffic consumers. MZL & Novatech TrafficStatistic works on IP packet level, therefore the user gets reports on all the traffic, regardless wether this traffic was made by a browser, a filesharing software or a secure connection. The Multi Optional Network Query Report is a plugin for the freeware MZL & Novatech TrafficStatistic and allows to analyze the traffic of each machine in the local network. So it can be detected, which machines have high bandwidth usages, which use unusual services or have traffic when staff is absent. In difference to other network analyzers, the traffic data records are constantly and completely wirtten, so that after an incident the relevant data are available for reporting in a query and there is no need to define filters in advance for logging relevant data. The report can also be used to build up a basic usage based billing - eg, when sharing a traffic metered DSL connection via WLAN with diffrent users, this report allows to tell, who is responsible for which traffic and therefore responsible for which costs.

The Time Interval Report is a plugin for the freeware MZL & Novatech TrafficStatistic. Time Interval Report produces detailed traffic statistics for any time interval. With the Time Interval Report the user can determine time period traffic statistics will be shown for, and analyse for example yesterday's traffic or last night's traffic. The user can query intervals of his data with a precision of one minute, eg 2004/02/25 04:25am to 2004/03/03 02:36pm. That can be usefull to inspect unexpected traffic or to count bandwidth consumption for a specific internet session.
The report header shows summary traffic volumes for received and sent data while in the report's body detailed traffic data grouped by visited hosts, services and protocols. Thus, for knowing exactly what was happening to the computer's network connection, just calling this report and choosing the appropriate time interval gives complete information.
