The SemWare Editor Professional (TSE Pro) v4.2 for WIN9x/Me/NT/2000/XP is a compact, fully-featured text editor that is ideal for programmers, for users needing to manipulate data files (both large and small), as well as anyone needing a fast, powerful, general purpose text editor. CloneMaster will clean your hard drive of duplicate files that are just wasting space. It searches for TRUE duplicate files (byte for byte), same-name files and zero-length files and bring them to your attention. It include Smart Delete, Rename, Save as. and other functions. The Smart Delete is a filter for flagging files for deletion. CloneMaster identifies duplicates based on name, byte size, data, and so on. Also there is a security feature that you can enable to leave your windows directory alone. That is, CloneMaster will not process any files and subdirectories within your Windows folder. You can also Deselect all files too.

The Spinnaker Fuel Tax Program is an excel add-in specifically written to ease the painstaking process of preparing your quarterly fuel taxes. The name of the master directory is c:\SpinnakerFuelTax. The subdirectories are called \data and \reports. This document conversion and formatting program allow batch conversion of documents using the converters included in Microsoft Word 7.0 or higher or an external program of your choice. On the converted documents you can set parameters as page, paragraph, font setup, so you can standardize all your documents in a single step. The use of WordConvs with an external converter program can be useful when the conversion program has not batch capability or don't allow to scan subdirectories or/and to process hidden files, as WordConvs has these capabilities.
It is useful also when the converter has not an included mechanism to test the completeness of the conversion. Some converters in case of errors in input file truncate the conversion without any kind of indication. In case of processing of a large number of file this can be dangerous as you believe that the results are good whereas you can have as result truncated documents (only partially converted). To test, also if not in a secure way, this case, a program has been inserted which count the words, lines, and characters of the input document. As MsWord has internally the possibility to count them in the output document, it is possible to compare these counters. The input file counters are only an row approximation as only managing the formatting of the input document it is possible to have a good count. A program included in the setup counts words, lines and characters with a variable level of accuracy of the result, depending on the format of the document. For this reason the possibility to set the threshold of percent difference that give rise to a warning message, has been inserted, as well as the possibility to choose which of the 3 available counters to use. If you have a more accurate counting program you have the possibility to use it.
