SQLIdl is a Universal Web based Command Line Database (SQL) Tool for Application Developers
This utility brings you the best of all worlds. It is Web based tool to execute SQL Commands-DML/DDL, which can be invoked from Windows command line and can work on any OleDb/ODBC compliant RDBMS (universal). It is amazingly fast, to invoke, as well as during execution.
It requires .Net Framwork (I use v1.1). Tested with Oracle and MS SQL Server.
