Personal Timeclock is a Windows 95/98/NT4/2000/ME/XP program that keeps track of time you've spent on your computer. Time is charged to one or more "projects" that you've chosen by "punching in" when you begin work on each project. In addition, projects may be grouped into different "categories" (e.g. business and pleasure) of your choice. To give one example, you can create a category for each of your clients, and a project for each different type of work you perform. To keep track of your time, simply click on the proper project when you begin working on it. If you wish, you can add a memo to further describe your work.
Personal Timeclock Reporter produces detail reports, which list the specifics of your work, and summary reports, which summarize your work by project and by category. Both types of reports can be customized to show exactly the data you want. For example, if you categorize your projects as business and non-business, the summary report will give the hours and percentage of time spent in each category. This is the figure that you need for IRS form 4562 Depreciation and Amortization, lines 24c and 25c. In addition, you can answer "Yes" on line 23b which asks whether you have written evidence to support the claimed business use: this may reduce the chances that your return will be selected for audit. [The line numbers were from 2000 tax forms, and may differ in later years.]

WebScout is a powerful, yet simple to configure, HTTP and SOCKS 5 proxy which can share, monitor and filter Internet access for a variety of web browsers and Internet applications.
The intuitive user interface makes it simple to create access rules controlling what activity is allowed and which should be blocked. You can simply deny access to a blocked site or provide your own custom error message informing the user about your Acceptable Usage Policy.
Rules can be created to allow or block access based on the workstation, username, time of access, domain name, directory or filename. For example, you can block access to yahoo.com/games, all EXE files, or permit access during lunch hours only.
Besides blocking access, you can also speed throttle certain requests to a slower speed so that they do not congest your network. For example, you can speed throttle MP3, EXE and ZIP file downloads to a maximum of 10 KB/s per user.

How it works. At the start of your computer Reminder appears. It reminds you about future events which beginning is close enough to do something about it. After reading Reminder message you usually switch to Activities and Priorities (AAP). Here, in Input Panel, where activities are arranged in
alphabetical order, you enter time that you spent for activities. No need in special efforts to remember the spent time. The natural precision with which you remember time spent for an activity during the day at the end of this day or in the morning of next one is enough. AAP forgives and forgets small errors in spent time. After you have entered spent time, typically you look at Priority panel where activities are arranged according to their priorities. Colors help you quickly distinguish high medium and low priority activities. That is all about typical everyday AAP using. You see how it easy and quickly. But is it useful? Well I guess so. It saved me from the stress when I had to take part in many activities simultaneously and it helped me harmonized my life. Besides Activities are important parts of our life like work, health, and relations with people.
