Collection Explorer helps you manage your collectibles. You can group your collections into categories, and customize the way item information is stored and viewed. Collection Explorer looks and operates like Microsoft's Windows Explorer, making it easy to learn. The left pane of the main window lists all of the categories in your collection, arranged in a tree. Categories can contain subcategories, and so on. The categories that come pre-installed with Collection Explorer are only a starting point, intended to be useful to the average collector. You can add and delete categories as you see fit. The right pane of the main window is a table, arranged as rows and columns, similar to a spreadsheet. It contains information about the items in your collection, such as each item's name, the quantity of each item, its value, etc. When creating a new collection, you arrange the columns as you want them. You specify the name of the column, the type of data it will hold (such as Date or Currency) and the maximum number of characters. Collection Explorer can create and maintain many collections, much like a word processor can create and open many documents. This is useful for households with more than one collector. Any collections you create with the free demo can still be used should you purchase the full version. GENERIC CONDUIT AND GUI FOR PALM
To transfer data from a Palm OS device to a PC, a conduit needs to be written. 'Generic Conduit and GUI for Palm' lets you specify the format of a Palm application's data on xml and transfers the data for you. It stores the data on xml format as well.
Equipped with your data on xml format, you can select between a multitude of ways of presenting your data. 'Generic Conduit and GUI for Palm' comes with examples on how to make a user interface for four of the built-in Palm OS applications, 'address book', 'calendar', 'to do list' and 'Memo'.
Palm Desktop from Palm Inc., lets you extend its user interface. The extension is presented as an html document in an embedded internet explorer. 'Generic Conduit and GUI for Palm' comes with an ActiveX object that lets you interface the Palm Desktop from the html document. You can concentrate on making the user interface using any of the technologies supported by internet explorer, i.e. html, javascript, xml, xsl, etc.
If you are developing programs for Palm OS you might want to consider using 'Generic Conduit and GUI for Palm' to transfer data from your application to PC. Once you have paid the license for your application creator id, you are entitled to distribute 'Generic Conduit and GUI for Palm'.

1. IBLogScript - scripting tool for replication and cancel of data changes for Interbase.
IBLogScript is intended for IBExpert (v.2.2.0.4 or later) users working with IBExpert data changes log.
(IBExpert log machine is a set of tables and triggers for data changes tracing. IBExpert automatically generates this set)
If You already work with this convenient capacity, but need a tool for data changes cancel or transference from one sister database to another, IBLogScript will help You.
IBLogScript creates SQL script for replication or cancelling of data changes logged by IBExpert (in tables IBE$LOG_TABLES, IBE$LOG_FIELDS etc.)
2. User's directions
Just specify database file name, user name, password and script type (reproducing - canceling) and execute (F9), then save resulting script in file or copy it to clipboard.
To show in script date and user info (who and when made this data change) set checkbox "Include date and user comments" to true.
You can also restrict period of data changes that will be included in resulting script by specifying right period dates.
3. Known limitations
BLOB fields updating is not supported yet.

Add the control to the form and set the picture property then select which colour to become transparent. This control does the rest.
You can even specify that the window can be dragged around the screen when the user clicks on any part of it.
Also contains methods to refresh the transparency and pop up a system menu.
Unregistered controls work in a limited Freeware mode so the control is still useful without purchasing a licence. Purchasing a licence releases the full potential of the control.
