SMSC Relay VCL SDK library is a set of optimized VCL components for quick creation of applications implementing the SMS/EMS communication with the SMSC through TCP/IP. Features:
- Supported protocols SEMA, CIMD2, UCP and SMPP
- Receiving messages sent to short numbers
- Send and receive of SMS, EMS, logos, ring-tones etc.
- Send and receive 7-bit text, 8-bit binary data and Unicode (UCS2)
- Connection keep-alive functionality
