QuickHash Library

A fast, highly optimized implementation of hash and checksum algorithms: MD2, MD4, MD5, SHA-1, SHA-2(256,384,512), RIPEMD(128,160,256,320), PANAMA, TIGER, CRC-32, CRC-16, CRC-CCITT, ADLER32. The library allows to calculate hashes (message digests), checksums and HMACs for files, memory blocks, strings, blobs, streaming data. It is quick, flexible, easy to use. It supports 3 interfaces: QuickHash API (the API can be used as is, or it can be used to create wrappers for languages that can use DLL or LIB), C++ Interface (C++ wrapper classes to QuickHash API), and QuickHash Type Library (includes all declarations for accessing the functionality from programming languages that can reference a .TLB, such as VB 5.0, VB 6.0, VBA, etc). It allows static/dynamic linking. It has no external dependencies such as MFC DLLs, COM/DCOM or other component. SHA1files

SHA1files is a 32 bits console application that computes the SHA1 digest of files under Windows. The main applications are     - the detection of any change in files (typically a web server directory to make sure no file has been altered - integrity check)     - the detection of duplicate files on disk (based on their actual content, not their name or location) SHA1files {/root= [/duplicates] [/ExcludeList=] | [/verify=]} /root= the directory where to begin /ExcludeList= exclude the files matching the lines contained in this text file (wildcards allowed) /verify= compare the files currently on disk against this text file containing the captured output of a previous run of SHA1files /duplicates show the duplicate files only All parameters ARE case sensitive. axsStrongBox is a COM component which provides strong, secure data encryption (public and private key). It can be easily integrated into Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi and VBScript applications. StrongBox uses industry standard, public domain algorithms - choose between Rijndael (AES), Twofish, Blowfish, DES and Triple DES (private key) or RSA (public key). ECB and CBC modes are available, with various standard padding options, for compatibility with other systems. Encrypting a file or a block of memory takes just a single method call. File encryption provides a convenient way of securing sensitive data files, including password files or any other private data. Memory buffer encryption is useful for network/Internet data transfers, or for encrypting specific sections of a composite file. The RSA Signature algorithm can be used to sign data, and hash values can be calculated using MD5, SHA1 or SHA2 (up to 512 bits). Built in GZIP functionality can be used to compress the data before encryption, and the compressed stream can optionally be base64 encoded. It is possible to set the strength of encryption anywhere between 8 and 448 bits, so that your application can abide by any local leglislation regulating the supply or export of strong encryption systems. StrongBox uses a very flexible password specification, allowing for arbitrary length binary passwords. Your application is therefore free to make use of any password specification it chooses, be it a PIN, alphanumeric password, passphrase or a full binary key.
