The ScrollerII Library has two Controls, the FormScroller and ScrollableContainer Control. Each of these two Controls provides automatic Scrolling functionality. The FormScroller makes and entire Form Scrollable, whereas the Scrollable Container Makes part of a Form Scrollable. If you need more user input elements (controls) to place on a Form than its available area, these controls can be really helpful. By making the Form scrollable, it is possible to use a much broader area than the available area of a Form.
Common features of these two Controls:
You can set the small and large scroll values for the control.
You can make the Scroller scroll continuously or only when the Mouse is released.
You can check if a control is visible at any given moment using the IsVisible Method.
You can Force the Scrollar to make a particular control visible by using MakeVisible Method.
You can get a collection of the Visible Controls using the VisibleControls property and loop through it if necessary.
You can manually scroll vertical or horizontal using the ScrollVertical and ScrollHorizontal Methods.
The BeforeScroll Event is fired before Scrolling and you may cancel scrolling in that event based on the situation.
The After Scroll Event is fired after a Scroll has occurred.

VLViewPort is a container control that provides scrollable viewport. It lets you specify the viewport extent and allows scrolling of the view whenever your form is smaller than the specified extents.
It also supports automatic calculation of viewport extent based on the position of it's contained controls.
Auto adjust extent mode handles even dynamically added controls (controls that you add to the viewport control at runtime).

When TCP Spy's Start button is pressed, it will capture and display all socket calls of the next application that starts and makes a socket call. It will also capture and display the data that is sent and received on the application's sockets. The application can be of any type.
TCP Spy displays its output in a scrollable text box. This data may additionally be sent to a file as text or HTML. By default, only 32KB of data is kept in the scrollable text box. Higher data limits may be selected, including unlimited.
Based upon each socket's first transferred message, TCP Spy will determine if the protocol being communicated over the socket is text based. If so, TCP Spy will test each following message for text. If a message contains only text, TCP Spy will display it as such. Else, TCP Spy will show the message in hexadecimal and ASCII. If the protocol is HTTP, the HTTP headers will be displayed as text.
The unregistered version does not provide the option of sending data to a file, and only keeps 32KB of data in the scrollable text box. When you register TCP Spy, you will be sent a code that enables the additional features.
