Program creates up to 254 virtual serial ports at a time. Physical COM ports located on remote computer can be connected to host computer over the network as well. Rainbow Folders (RF) is an easy to use program, which allows you to change color of the icon representing chosen folder to any color you like. What for ? Mainly to boost yours computer usage speed & skills. When you're exploring directory which contains lots of subdirectories in Windows Explorer you can easily commit a mistake, e.g. by clicking the folder's icon which have similar name to the one you really wanted to go. When the folders will be marked with the colors of your desire you won't make any mistake and after some time you'll be clicking the right folders by the impulse. For example you can use RF to mark subdirectory TEMP inside C:\WINDOWS\. Then after going to the system dir you won't be searching the TEMP dir on the whole screen, but at the start you will click e.g. the eye attacking bloodly red folder. And now the best part: you can colorize unlimited number of folders - each into a different color. So you can e.g. colorize to red all important folders, then colorize all frequently visited folders to green etc. Also the effect of colorizing folders is not only visible in Explorer but in whole system, so also in any directory selection tree, and open/save dialog in any Windows application ! But changing colors is not everything you can do with help of RC, you can also set an extra warning when someone will be trying to delete colorized folder, and optional text that will 'pop up' when the cursor stops above the folder's icon for a while. eClock is wireless game or event clock that runs on a Windows 95/98/Me/2000/NT4.0/XP PC. It uses wireless RF technology to start and stop the clock. Generally, the PC that eCLOCK runs on, works in conjunction with a overhead projector to project the game clock to a wall in a large room. it also can be used outdoors on a Lap Top computer where expensive mechanical game clocks are not practical, but precision event timing is required.
The RF transmitter has a working range of well over 150+ feet. This means the receiver, which is connected to a PC/Laptop can be well away from the transmitter for greater flexibility. eCLOCK can track up to 4 periods with a maximum time of 99:59 (mm:ss) per period. Period are incremented automatically. Time is reset after a period ends and 15 second has elapsed. eCLOCK also provides a blinking or scrolling marquee at the top of the LED display. eCOUNT is a wireless software application that uses computers and hardwired or wireless RF technology to count target hits. It runs on a Windows 95/98/Me/2000/NT4.0/XP PC. The RF transmitter has a working range of well over 350+ feet. There can be either single or dual display's allowing one or two competitor's to compete. The transmitter comes with a normally open sensor and magnet. As a target is hit the sensor will close and transmit a hit. The transmitter can also be connect to a relay that performs open and close. To connect the transmitter to a relay you would need to remove the NO sensor and connect the two ends directly to a relay. If you are NT, 2000 or XP you must delete any printer driver associated with LPT1 or LPT2 depending on which port you use. Failure to do so will result in unpredictable results. eCOUNT comes with a database for teams and users. You can display and export competition data.
