CopyQuick

CopyQuick is a utility to repeatedly copy selected files between directories quickly and easily. Once the list of files and directories that you wish to copy has been created it can be saved in a file and loaded again later for repeated use. Once you have created and save you file list you can access it and make the file copies with just a few mouse clicks. CopyQuick is designed for people who wish to semi regularly backup files from a their source directory or directories to a backup directories either on the same or a different physical disk as a quick first means of data protection. CopyQuick should appeal to small business owners that use a PC or home users that wish to regularly make backup copies of selected files that are critical to them or their business. There are many more complicated and expensive solutions to the problem of backing up your most important files but CopyQuick is an easy to use and inexpensive solution for those businesses and users that don't have the resources to implement a system on the scale of a corporate computer site. It is almost essential in the running of any small business that you need a PC. A small accounting system and word processor are indispensable. Yet many such business owners may be skilled in their business area but not necessarily computer experts. Maybe the small business has a receptionist or secretary who is the primary computer user and who manages the PC containing client or customer record etc. While competent in their specific job this person may not be not a computer expert or may not have time for complicated backup procedures. This is a site where CopyQuick could be used effectively. Once the list of files is set up for CopyQuick the user need only place a disk in the drive if necessary and with a few mouse clicks the file copy can be done.

KIPPING's NetMan

KIPPING's NetMan is an Internet-Download-Tool for : -fast downloading of Internet-Sites to view them offline, -searching for links to patrticular filetypes (e.g. pictures) in Internet-Sites, -loading and archiving of documents to load repeatedly. KIPPING's NetMan is a little tool for downloading Internet sites and view them offline. With the program it's also possible to download only specified filetypes of the sites links (e.g. pictures, movies, sounds....). The program imports the actual page of a running Browser and analyses its content - extracts the links that match with the specified filetypes. It also follows the contained links. The program archives the downloaded documents and generates a report page and a SlideShow to view in a Browser again. With KIPPING's NetMan it is also possible to create a list of links to download repeatedly (permanent links). Everyday you start the program first time - you will be asked to process that list. There are many different possibilities to configure KIPPING's NetMan to match your demands.

Test Prep

Achieving a degree of any kind can be an arduous task, and preparing for the numerous tests that occur along the way is one of the unpleasantries of higher education. Markosoft's Test Prep application was designed by one of our in-house consultants to make studying for a test a walk in the park. The program's layout resembles a matching test where each answer matches exactly one question in the list. The straightforward interface of the Test Prep program is one of the things that makes it so powerful. Simply, save some test questions along with their associated answers into a file, load the file, and then begin testing yourself. You can repeatedly quiz yourself on the test questions until all of the answers are engrained into your memory. The program also contains several special features. The Randomize function allows you to reorder the questions arbitrarily so that the order of the questions becomes meaningless. The Reverse function presents you with answers and allows you to select the associated questions. Right-clicking on a drop down list brings up a screen containing all of the remaining answers, which is equivilent to viewing the answers that have not been scratched off . If you want to know an answer while you are testing, you can press the F1 key to bring up the answer to the currently highlighted question. And, once all of the questions have been answered, the Grade function can be used to view your score and display the correct answers to all of the questions that were answered incorrectly.

SoftwareShield System

The SoftwareShield System is a full featured licensing and copy-protection system for software developers who create Windows applications on the x86 platform. The SoftwareShield System allows you to make copy-protected, demo, trial, pay-per-use, leased and many other versions of your software. License Models You Can Use: Trial (evaluation licenses) - A time limited license used for evaluation purposes. The Trial's functionality may be less than the standard product in which case this is a combined demo/trial. The day of expiration is generally set on the day the license is issued. Alternatively, the demo may expire after a certain nummber of days after installation or after it has been used a certain number of times - or combinations of all three. Time-limited (lease) - Vendors can issue licenses with a specific expiration date. This is used for product evaluations and product leases. FSet

FSet is a tool for repeatable file operations, such as copy, move, delete and zip. If you need to repeatedly clean, update or backup a set of files, FSet is the proper tool to use. FSet brings in the concept of File Set and Operation. By binding a File Set to an Operation, the process can be as easy as double clicking the mouse button. A F-Set, or File Set, is a file/folder container. You can put any number of files/folders into a F-Set. Each folder in a F-Set package can have a wildcard filter. The filter can be including or excluding. This helps to pick out any files from folders. A Operation defines how a F-Set is to be processed. It can be copy, move, delete or zip. A F-Set can be saved for later use. When you want to apply an operation to a F-Set, you just drag the F-Set and drop it to the operation. A F-Set can also be binded to an operation. To carry out the binded operation, you simply double click the icon. Other functions of FSet include UnZip, File Split and Combine.
