Add Contacts automatically adds e-mail addresses to the contact folder when you reply a message and/or send a new message.
This will help you avoid losing addresses of people you correspond with. Moreover, the collected addresses can be used for mail filtering. For example, you can use the Rule Wizard to have messages from certain senders (whose addresses are there in the address book) placed in a separate folder to ensure that their message will be dealt with greater priority and no important messages will be lost with deleted spam. Some spam filters also check the contact folder to rule out erratic response for recognized senders.
When a contact is being created, the add-in attempts at detecting the name corresponding to the e-mail address automatically. So, if you have received a message from the address "John Smith" , the new contact created by the program will be named John Smith. However, if name detection fails, the add-in attempts at retrieving it from the message body. For example, if your message begins with the string "Dear John, :", the program will automatically extract the name from the greeting and create a contact named John. You can disable automatic name detection in the program settings.
You can also enable the option of category assigning to created contacts. If a category is assigned to a message while sending, the same category will be assigned to the created contact.
Microsoft Outlook add-in. You can choose any folder as the contact destination, either in your personal mailbox or in public folders on Microsoft Exchange server. When adding a contact, Add Contacts checks the folder for possible duplicates. In the program settings, you can also instruct Add Contacts to search for contact duplicates, over all contact folders in your personal mailbox besides the specific destination folder.

In contrast to another survey applications, Easy Survey uses possibilities of MS Access for form creation. It allows to make the survey form fast and simply. You should just create essential tables in the MS Access and create a Form for survey on basis of these tables. ExAlert is an add-in for Windows Messenger designed to inform a user about new messages received in his/her mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange 2000 server. ExAlert works together with Microsoft Outlook. When a new message is received in user's mailbox, the Messenger shows pop-up window with message sender's information. Clicking on the notification window opens Outlook window with the new message.
The ExAlert add-in is linking the Messenger (by providing it with information about new messages, number of unread messages in user's mailbox, and responding to its commands to open a message for reading), user's mailboxes on the Exchange server (by subscribing to new message notifications) and the Outlook mail client (by opening Outlook folders and messages upon Messenger's request).

The MS Outlook add-in Messenger Journaling (MJL) is designed to write message history for MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger in Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP journal. The message history saving function is not available with MSN Messenger and Windows Messenger, though this is needed rather frequently. Messenger Journaling is designed to solve the problem. Running in the background mode, imperceptibly to you, it will save the history of your MSN or Windows Messenger sessions into the Microsoft Outlook journal. The Outlook itself is not necessarily to be running then.
Later on, to recall the conversation subject or to search for data in the messages, you can launch MS Outlook and take the benefit of powerful searching, sorting, and visual presentation tools provided with the Microsoft Outlook journal.
Using Messenger Journaling, you save every message you send in the Journal, so you can read it later whenever you want to.
