Automatic inventory.
Vidamic Netlog is a smart inventory program that automatically generates a completed inventory card for each computer/client. Upon initial log-in, users are requested to provide the system with the following information: Your Name, Room or department, Computer Brand, ID-Number.
Vidamic Netlog then reports any changes made on each client log-in to the inventory program.
Other inventories, e.g. faxes, photocopiers and other associated equipment, can also be recorded manually in the program. Using numerical ID or anti-theft labels simplifies checks and affords increased security.

Vidamic Netlog automatically makes a network inventory directly from the server. The IT Manager receives a range of information from each local client, including:
- Hard disk manufacturer and size
- Hard disk free space
- Processor type and clock speed
- RAM size (MB)
- Graphics card manufacturer, type/performance
- CD-ROM drive manufacturer
- Network card manufacturer and speed
- ALL Software installed
Prevents internal hacking.
A splash-screen with warning text is displayed each time someone logs on to the network. This prevents internal hacking and increases levels of security throughout the company.
Easy reports
Vidamic Netlog makes it easy to generate detailed reports including Software Legitimacy and Total Cost of Ownership, free hard disk space, CD-ROM drive yes/no, RAM size, operating systems.
All information is collected in a Access database for easy integration with pre-existing software.

Easy Money provides a quick means to record where all your money comes from and where it goes - just like your financial planner keeps telling you to do. You can easily start the program, enter in several expenses, and get back out in a matter of seconds. This high speed, no nonsense approach makes it easy to get in the habit of using the program every day.
Records are organized according to user-defined categories such as work, food, shelter, utilities, etc., and can be further classified by two user-defined fields and separate data folders if desired. ActiveTreeNotes is a blazingly fast, very simple to use information organizer. Using a hierarchical metaphor (tree based), you can create and organize any kind of information, from websites, to ski resorts, to recipes, to writing snippets.
