Astatix Launcher is a program designed for a quick start of applications and documents in a single click. Also, Astatix Launcher allows the user to perform some special functions, and also to adjust performing of the special operations by pressing hotkeys. One of additional possibilities is the Winamp control. You can use any hotkeys and control of Winamp anytime even you are playing full-screen games like Quake or Counter Strike.
Astatix Launcher differs from other related software by a unique and handy interface. This program contains many ways of adjusting the program to the user's taste.
Launcher represents applications with rectangular bars with titles and icons of the applications or documents, which are placed on the borders of the screen. They can be located at the top, bottom, left or right edge of the screen, depending on adjustments. On the screen, the ends of bars are visible only. On moving a mouse to them, bars expand from the borders of the screen toward the center. A click on the bar performs the operation associated with this bar. For each bar it is possible to set a shortcut, pressing it will perform the operation appropriate to the given bar.

AQS Standard Edition is a version designed for using on both home and enterprise computers, as it supports multi user work. It's a good means to speed up work in small offices. It consists of two main parts: console and quick start menu.
Console
AQS provides a comfortable console which will make your work faster and easier. You won't need to search for documents and applications among a great number of directories any more. You can just create an alias - a short command, which name may be only one letter - and quickly execute the target command or open the target document by typing it in console. You can also start applications and open documents by typing it short name (even without extension!) by using the system of paths and extensions. This Windows Forms data navigation control is built to work with datasets, views, collections and every object that implements the IList interface. It works in the Microsoft .NET Framework and is best used in the Microsoft VS.NET developing environment. It can be used with all the VS.NET compatible languages, foremost of course VB.NET and C#. It is built so that a novice user can easily start working with the control and that the expert can fully exploit all configuration, customization and development features.
The control enables a user to navigate in a data collection. This can be achieved either by clicking on buttons, using shortcut keys, entering navigation commands in the display window or by selecting commands from the context menu. For additional purposes, developer-defined buttons can be activated. One set of buttons is defined for incremental navigation, which enables users to navigate a predefined number of records/data items (i.E. jump forward or backward 5 records). In its default layout configuration it can be implemented in a matter of minutes, a quick start guide gets you up and working in no time.
