Paperstore is a document management tool, designed for the efficient management of large collections of documents in a variety of formats. Documents can be scanned from any TWAIN compatible scanner or digital camera, or imported to a project with the option of either copying them to a single project directory or referencing them in their existing location. This allows Paperstore to manage documents without affecting the existing organisation of your hard disks. Paperstore can also search your hard discs for files to import.
Documents, once added, are organised into a hierarchical structure, which should be familar to all users of Windows. Documents can be viewed, printed and email and, if they are image files, they can also be processed using included image processing plugins or using the default image editor on your PC. Information can be associated with documents, by way of user-definable, database-style fields and these can be used to order, locate or group documents for collective emailing, printing or viewing.
Projects can be exported, with optional HTML files to allow them to be posted to a website or simply viewed without the application. Projects may also be partially exported, so that files may be archived to removable media such as CD-R, saving hard disc space, whilst remaining accessible from within Paperstore, which automatically prompts for the correct CD when a document is selected.
Support is included for AVI, BMP, JPG, MP3, PDF, PNG, RTF, TXT and WAV files and users can also add user defined file types for anything which can be viewed by Windows Media Player or by Notepad. Unsupported file types can also be included, with external viewers being called when a file is viewed. Scanned images can be stored in BMP, JPG or PNG formats (OCR support is intended in a later release).

AnnoTater is a Windows utility that embeds annotations in (not on) pictures (.bmp, .jpg, .gif), it can store information about the contents of a picture within the picture file itself. An annotation is defined as a note, comment, or explanation added as further clarification - that is just what AnnoTater does. It embeds text into a picture file, usually for the purpose of documenting what the picture represents. The annotation does not appear on the picture itself, but in a separate viewer. The picture needs no additional files (such as a database) to contain the annotation, it is stored invisibly within the picture. You can treat an annotated picture just like any other picture file. It will display normally in most browsers and image viewers, can be part of a web page, an email attachment, or posted in usenet. However, when a picture file is viewed with AnnoTater, the invisible annotation is extracted and displayed. AnnoTater has a search utility that will find picture files containing specified text. Just enter a word or phrase to search for and AnnoTater will find and display them. Annotations can contained embedded hyperlinks that (when double-clicked) will automatically start your web browser and send it to the specified web page. AnnoTater can copy or move a group of annotated files to another folder. For example, you may do a search for "gardenia" and then copy the matching files to a folder where you keep pictures of flowers.

Using our Call Shop Billing system you can even grant customers with credit by taking payment before even they make a call. So with us you will have two options either to bill your customers after the completion of call (Post Paid Billing) or accept payment before they make a call and a lot them with a credit limit (Pre Paid Billing). So you can real-time bill the prepaid (credit) call shop user. The system checks the user's account balance before authorizing the call and always terminates the call on zero credit. The principle of operation of the call shop billing system is when the caller approaches front desk for making the calls based on deposit, they will be assigned a booth which is free with a token Number. Now they can make calls to whichever destination they wish and the billing system will allow them to make calls to the amount pre-deposited or to the programmed value. As soon as the programmed threshold value exceeds, the call gets disconnected.
