Pro Motion is an image/animation editor for 256 colors bitmapped graphics design at pixel level. It was designed similar to the legendary Deluxe Paint / Amiga and it is ideal for doing game graphics (i.e. for Gameboy, PDAs, mobile phones), logos, icons GIF-animations or bitmaps
for Flash animations.
An excerpt of Pro Motion features:

This program can also be used to create light weight images/animations to be
