@SMS personal Outlook pro is meant for the professional use of SMS with Microsoft® Outlook.
Today there are many solutions to send an SMS from a PC, mainly more or less free services in the Internet or additional standalone programs. However, someone who wants to send SMS messages to already known and registered persons quickly and reliable without detours, has little choice. Systems that can interact with scheduling software and that are able to filter your incoming email and forward them as SMS are currently really rare.
But many private and company users have chosen Microsoft® Outlook as their communication system so it's obvious to extend it with SMS functions if you need to stay in touch with your communication and scheduling while being mobile. Any email can be forwarded as SMS by setting up filters using the standard Outlook rules wizard. Additionally, any incoming email can be forwarded after a certain time of not reading it, which is very useful when you are in your office, but not at your desk, because important emails will follow you where and when needed.
Another useful feature is that you can quickly send reminders from Outlook calendar entries as SMS to yourself and/or meeting participants on the mobile phone, which helps for example everyone who wants to avoid customers, colleagues or patients forget their appointments.
Last but not least, SMS personal Outlook pro offers all features that you'd expect from a professional communication tool: one SMS to several recipients (send to groups), delayed processing (send at predefined intervals, e.g. at night), delivery status, flash function (displays SMS directly on the display), storage of all sent SMS in "Sent Mail", number extraction from email message texts and more. This program is a "special" kind of guestbook that provides more personal information about your friends than you probably ever knew. It's basically a survey that you can set up on your computer. You'll use SpecialBook to interview your friends with typically funny questions. For example, the program can ask participants everything from their favorite colors to their most embarrassing moments. SpecialBook works nicely as an interactive yearbook that will record memories, humiliating or not, for all posterity.
The program also enables you to customize the interviews by editing each question in the survey, in any language. The program's interface is designed like a book, so a person is able to read answers from other friends for each answer, simultaneously.
SpecialBook gathers signed friend names and organizes them into a list on the program's main screen. By selecting a buddy from this list, SpecialBook presents all questions and answers in an attractive format called the Friends Basic Information File (FBI). The information contained in it is saved in the Microsoft Access database format. You can load all of the books you've created as well as those compiled by friends.
This shareware version is fully functional, though only five friends may "sign up" to participate.

A multitude of expense tracker programs exist for Palm OS devices. Most of them keep track of one persons expenses. Since 'Expense Sharer' is a book keeping program, it can keep track of one or several persons expenses and can split expenses between these persons.
In 'Expense Sharer', each account has a name, an account number and, more untraditionally, an email address related to it. To 'Expense Sharer' a person is nothing more than an account.
If you've ever gone on a vaccation or weekend trip with friends, you have probably also been blessed with the task of splitting bills and settling 'who owes who how much'. Although the process should be quite simple by itself, gathering the receipts and putting it all together often is a time consuming task.
By entering expenses in 'Expense Sharer' you can get a complete overview of the balance for each person at any time. You can also transfer and present the information on PC; email the balance to the participants with balance and account number information, such that the participants have the information they need to wire the money instead of paying cash.
