ExAlert is an add-in for Windows Messenger designed to inform a user about new messages received in his/her mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange 2000 server. ExAlert works together with Microsoft Outlook. When a new message is received in user's mailbox, the Messenger shows pop-up window with message sender's information. Clicking on the notification window opens Outlook window with the new message.
The ExAlert add-in is linking the Messenger (by providing it with information about new messages, number of unread messages in user's mailbox, and responding to its commands to open a message for reading), user's mailboxes on the Exchange server (by subscribing to new message notifications) and the Outlook mail client (by opening Outlook folders and messages upon Messenger's request).

Spam Guard is an Outlook add-in that filters e-mail that arrives in your inbox. If the sender of any message cannot be identified then the message is moved into a spam quarantine folder. Messages deposited in the spam quarantine folder can be inspected and either deleted or approved at your leisure. Senders are identified from previous messages that you have received, from messages you have sent and also from your address book. The senders of any messages approved in the spam quarantine folder are also added to the list. You can also select domains to be approved too. The add-in works with Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP but does not work with Outlook Express.

RealAccount is a freeware plugin for MS Outlook XP and 2003.
purpose is to enhance Outlook accounts handling, with the ability to choose preferred account and signature for each defined mail folder.
by default, user has to manually select preferred account and signature when composing an email. RealAccount automates the process allowing you to define specific account and signature for each mail folder, plus other useful settings such as message format and the ability to mark all messages read.
RealAccount works by enabling a set of options at folder level. options, which can be inherited from the parent, are preferred Account, preferred Signature, signature on top or bottom, message format (text, html) and the ability to mark all folder messages as read.

Unfortunately Outlook 2002 / 2003 does not include any option to save and restore all your important personal files, settings, templates, and eMail accounts. This is where OutSource-XP helps you. It creates backups of your Outlook 2002 / 2003 files, settings, and eMail account settings. Additionally, OutSource-XP can create a backup of your Office XP / 2003 activation.
OutSource-XP automatically collects all important Outlook 2002 files, and lists them for you. The only thing you have to do is to choose the files (and settings) you want to backup, and click a single button to start the backup creation. The unregistered version of OutSource-XP saves the files into a pre-selected ?backup-folder?, but does not compress the files. After creating a backup, you?re on the ?safe side? ? no matter what happens to your machine, or operating system: your Outlook files are safe (as long as you do store the backup on an external harddrive or media).
Restoring your files takes a few seconds only ? just select the files you want to restore and OutSource-XP will do the job: it extracts your backup and copies all selected files into the correct system folders, and imports your eMail account settings and user specific registry settings into the Windows registry database.
