Oscillometer is intended for real-time investigation of data accepted from any ADC you will want. Oscillometer consists of an oscilloscope and FFT spectrum analyzer. Maximum numbers of channels, sampling frequency, bit rate of data, frequencies range, precision are limited only by type of used ADC. The obtained data and images can be saved to files or clipboard. Oscilloscope modes (for dual-channel ADC): original signals, sum, difference, dependence of one channel on another, amplitude distribution of input signals. The synchronization is independent in each of panel. Spectrum analyzer works on algorithm of Fast Fourier transform (FFT). The size of the block a FFT is up to 2^20 (1 M) samples of an input signal. The processing of overlapped in time series of samples of an input signal for combination of high resolution of the analysis on time and on frequency simultaneously. Smoothing windows (weighing an input signal) - more than 50 types. Averaging of results of some FFT: equally weighted - scalar or vector; exponentially weighted - scalar. RAD is the functional limited edition of the advanced acoustic research system DSSF3. The point that RAD differs from other systems completely is that a time change of sound can be analyzed in detail at a high temporal resolution. Using RAD, various sound qualities such as loudness, total quality, pitch and the movement of source can be analyzed by the running ACF measurement. This is the latest version as of January 2003. This version program includes all features the DSSF3 has as of January 30, 2003. (The DSSF3 is our best sound measurement/analysis software and has been frequently updated.)Quality sound measurement software equivalent to at least US$10,000 hardware.The software license of RAL costs just US$24, but RAL is more functional than the usual FFT analyzer. General realtime measurement function is entirely included.
