Freeware for fast development and application of regression/approximation type networks including the multilayer perceptron, functional link network, piecewise linear network, self organizing map and K-Means. C source code for applying trained networks. Extensive help, utilities for pre-processing and file handling, and training data are also provided. User-supplied txt-format training data files, containing rows of numbers, can be of any size.
