In contrast to another survey applications, Easy Survey uses possibilities of MS Access for form creation. It allows to make the survey form fast and simply. You should just create essential tables in the MS Access and create a Form for survey on basis of these tables. After that Easy Survey Wizard will help you to make a "Survey Project" which you can use in MS Outlook.
When "Survey Project" is created, the special add-in for Microsoft Outlook will create a HTML message with the questionnaire which can be sent by two mouse clicks. The respondent fills the received form and clicks the form submitting button to get it back to sender. The same add-in will process incoming messages in Microsoft Outlook, select ones with the survey results and input the data in the Microsoft Access table which you have created.

Mail Merge Toolkit is powerful add-in for Microsoft Office 2002 (XP) and 2003 designed to extend mail merging capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher. Allows to insert data fields into subject field, add attachments, send emails in GIF, HTML, RTF and text formats. When sending GIF messages from MS Publisher, HTML-links can be assigned for image areas (the image map technology).
The mail merging with Mail Merge Toolkit is virtually the same as standard merging, but it gives you more opportunities and is more reliable in operation. SumInfos writes collected information on a text file. Author, Comments, Keywords.. so that you can paste as a file index or get this set of metadata easily processed by other tools.

QuickButtons allows you to create an AppBar with buttons that simulate keystrokes. An AppBar is like the Windows Task Bar - a bar that sits at the bottom or top of your screen. A QuickButtons Button Bar will sit happily above the Windows Task bar and will stay visible at all times so that you can work with your favourite applications and click on QuickButtons buttons whenever you need to.
