Add Contacts automatically adds e-mail addresses to the contact folder when you reply a message and/or send a new message.
This will help you avoid losing addresses of people you correspond with. Moreover, the collected addresses can be used for mail filtering. For example, you can use the Rule Wizard to have messages from certain senders (whose addresses are there in the address book) placed in a separate folder to ensure that their message will be dealt with greater priority and no important messages will be lost with deleted spam. Some spam filters also check the contact folder to rule out erratic response for recognized senders.
When a contact is being created, the add-in attempts at detecting the name corresponding to the e-mail address automatically. So, if you have received a message from the address "John Smith" , the new contact created by the program will be named John Smith. However, if name detection fails, the add-in attempts at retrieving it from the message body. For example, if your message begins with the string "Dear John, :", the program will automatically extract the name from the greeting and create a contact named John. You can disable automatic name detection in the program settings.
You can also enable the option of category assigning to created contacts. If a category is assigned to a message while sending, the same category will be assigned to the created contact.
Microsoft Outlook add-in. You can choose any folder as the contact destination, either in your personal mailbox or in public folders on Microsoft Exchange server. When adding a contact, Add Contacts checks the folder for possible duplicates. In the program settings, you can also instruct Add Contacts to search for contact duplicates, over all contact folders in your personal mailbox besides the specific destination folder.

Attachments Processor will not only help you to save space in PST file or in a mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange server, it will also offer greater opportunities for automatic attachment management. The program can automatically extract attachments from incoming messages and save them to hard disc. Extracted attachment is replaced in a message with a link to the file on disc, or, at user's discretion, a text file with attachment description and the link to it can be added to the message.
The program is operable in Simple and Advanced modes. In the Advanced mode, the user may set up specific attachment processing rules for different attachment types and for different folders. In both modes, seven basic patterns for naming disc folders attachments are to be saved to, and seven basic patterns for attachment file renaming are available; besides, Attachments Processor supports a simple macro-language which a user can use to create custom naming patterns.

ExAlert is an add-in for Windows Messenger designed to inform a user about new messages received in his/her mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange 2000 server. ExAlert works together with Microsoft Outlook. When a new message is received in user's mailbox, the Messenger shows pop-up window with message sender's information. Mail Storage Guard is an extension for Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 and IIS SMTP servers, designed to protect your mail server from spam, prevents mail relaying, mail bomb and NDR attacks. The protection is realized both on the level of SMTP protocol and on the level of message delivery to storage.
Mail Storage Guard follows all incoming mail which comes to your SMTP server and if the message is spam then it is deleted, rejected, sent to mail server administrator or set to Bad mail folder.
Features:
1. Protection on SMTP protocol level lets us to block messages, getting only head of message. Such protection method reduces incoming internet traffic and absolutely excludes the harmful program coming to your server.
2. Protection on transport level lets to manipulate the message coming to your server, but not yet arriving to the receiver mail box. Such protection method lets to block the message but at the same time send it to mail server administrator for analysis.
3. Message delivering only to registered receivers. Microsoft Exchange gets all incoming messages by SMTP protocol. If server can't find message recipient inside the system then the message is returned to the sender (non-delivery report, NDR). This scheme has serious hole in safety as sender address isn't checked and the violator can specify any address as replay address. Mail Storage Guard may reject all "misaddressed" mail or point such messages to specified mailbox.
4. Message blocking with the help of Senders Black-List. You can create your own senders black-list and insert there the addresses of spammers. To the senders black-list you can insert e-mail addresses, as well as e-mail addresses with masks that lets to block whole groups and even whole domains.
