Traffic Log is a web statistics script. Traffic Log enables you to track hits and unique visitors, hits by page, by date, browser and captures the entry page for each visitor. The log file can be purged of old visits through use of the script.
Traffic Log is not intended to duplicate the use of server logs, log analysis tools, or other tracking scripts that use SSI. Rather, it is intended where use of these methods are simply not possible, but meaningful statistics are desired. Each hit is captured through a standard HTML ![]() tag, which does not require SSI. All that is required is CGI capability. Because the scripts run on the web server, you can view the statistics on any pc that has a web browser and internet access.

Okay, now you have a digital camera, a scanner, or both. You'd like to use your computer to organize and share your photos for your friends and family, or for your business. Perhaps you want to publish your photos on the Internet. Maybe you want to "burn" a CD of your whole library, or just a wedding or graduation. This system allows fast browsing, as well as the ability to optionally publish high-quality photos.
This system uses a web-browser like Internet Explorer or Netscape to do the browsing. This is convenient since just about everybody has a browser and is familiar with it. Using a browser to view a photo library is a natural if the library is published on the Internet. But even if you want to burn your library on a CD, a browser can "browse" a CD very nicely. In fact, if you browse from a CD or a hard disk, the browsing will be lightning fast.
The way this system works is that you build and maintain your library as a directory tree. You add, delete, and edit the directory however you want. Each directory in the tree can have photos, subdirectories, or both. By using meaningful names for the photos and directories, standard file-finding/searching software can be handy. For reasons you will see later, the total of photos and subdirectories in any one directory should be kept small, no more than 20 to 25.
This program will build "mirrors" of your photo library directory, all set up for easy browser access. The files are kept very small, so that they will display quickly, even if accessed over dial-up lines. Although this comes at the expense of image quality, you can make available the original, high-resolution photos if you choose. If you include them (on the web, or a CD), the people with whom you are sharing them will be able to make high-quality prints by themselves. If you choose not to publish the high-resolution versions, you can sell high-quality prints or files to customers.

Classic Clipboard is not just a multi clipboard - it is also a repository where you can store every piece of useful information you will ever need - Clips, Web URLs, graphics and even shortcuts to your work files. It can store almost 90,000 individual items and the layout of Libraries and groups combined with the text search facility makes them all easy to find.
When you copy or cut text, Classic shows the first few words of the text. When you cut or copy graphics, Classic shows the default title "Non Text Clip". If you right click on the clip, you can see the graphic and give it a more meaningful title.
The main repository consists of 29 libraries. Each library has 32 groups of 96 clips. An entire library is visible - one click selects a group and one click pastes a clip. All 96 clips of the selected group are visible at the same time (no scrolling lists) and clip names can be highlighted by color.
Restoring Classic when you need it couldn't be easier. - From the keyboard, it will pop up with Ctrl+V or Shift+Ins - (your choice) and with the mouse you can restore it by touching the edge of the screen and clicking the small "Clipboard" button which appears under the mouse pointer.
Classic Clipboard doesn't "just paste". When you save a clip you can set special paste modes. If a clip is a URL, you can set the paste mode to "Bookmark". Then, when you paste it into your browser, it will not only paste in the URL but also direct your browser to load the page.
If you have a username, password or any other information that you need to paste into a web form, you can set the paste mode to "Form Filling". When you paste a clip which is set to form filling mode, Classic not only pastes the clip but also tabs to the next field in the form ready for you to click the next clip. By using the special paste modes, you can go to a web page and sign on with your username and password with only three clicks !

Recent thinking in vocabulary teaching is tending towards a dynamic, process-centred approach. Vocabulary learning is being seen more and more as a skill in which responsibility lies with the learner to develop his or her own lexicon. VocabBuddy has been designed with this in mind.
