Manually script, you have to run the script on your ISP web server ( for this you can use ATAF)
If you are connected to the same network as your mySQL server, you can convert the database design directly to the mySQL server, and then copy the all the database records afterwards
If you ISP supports ATAF-CON, you can directly convert your MS-Access database from the ATAF-CON application to your ISP's mySQL server.
If your ISP does not support ATAF-CON, ATAF-CON will create all the necessary scripts for you, then you upload the scripts, run them on the server, and you MS-Access database and data in converted to the mySQL server.

Time Sled is a functional time tracking utility that will allow you to account for the time spent on one or another task. You start it when you begin working and you stop it when you finish working.
The tasks you are working on may be grouped into projects. Using such grouping, you may set an hourly rate (the cost of the work performed for the project per hour) for each project. Time Sled will be calculating the time spent on one or another task (project) as well as the total amount according to the indicated hourly rate.
It is a common knowledge that we do not spend all time at the computer in the real life. Time Sled has a function of inserting the executed task that will enable you to account for the time you spend away from the computer as well.
After having collected the statistics in Time Sled, you can later review the results either in the Lotus Notes Database, or in a special application TS Reporter. Using this program (TS Reporter), you may view the statistics of the time spent under different time sections. TS Reporter allows you to view the statistics graphically as well. You will be able to estimate and analyze the volumes of work you perform by day, month and year or for period. Also, you can export log records to the Microsoft Excel or to the text file or print the report.

"Public OutLook" make it possible for several users to connect an Outlook-PST file at the same time. The shared Outlook-PST files with full access and rights for read and write. Normally it is not possible without a MS Exchange server to use Microsoft Outlook together in a network to share these information's and functionality directly in MS Outlook with every rights.
As base, Public OutLook use here a common Outlook data file (PST). This programs share not only contacts or dates, it shares the hole Outlook PST file.
Whether it concerns now contacts, dates, functions or post office inbox, a central enterprise further accesses to an Outlook structure is possible with this program.
All co-workers can use the same contacts. Each co-workers can see who has which date or who is busy with which task.
