HPGL Import for SolidWorks is an add-in for SolidWorks. This add-in gives SolidWorks the ability to import graphical data from Hewlett Packard Graphic Language Plot files.
HPGL is the Hewlett Packard Graphics Language designed for specifying 2D graphical information for the HP range of plotters. It was not intended as an interchange format but some software suppliers use it as such. HPGL is a command set embedded in the ROM of pen plotters to help reduce the work required by applications programmers to create plotted output. HPGL uses two-letter mnemonics as instructions for drawing lines, circles, text, and simple symbols.
HPGL plot files contain information regarding the movement of the pen of the HP plotter. HPGL Import for SolidWorks converts these pen movements into SolidWorks entities and adds them to the contents of a new SolidWorks drawing. HPGL Import for SolidWorks supports plot files created by drivers for the following plotters:
Hewlett-Packard 7475A
Hewlett-Packard 7550A
Hewlett-Packard 7580B
Hewlett-Packard 7585B
Hewlett-Packard 7586B
Hewlett-Packard Draftmaster 1 (7595A)
Hewlett-Packard Draftmaster 2 (7596A)
Hewlett-Packard Draftpro (7570A)
Hewlett-Packard Draftpro-DXL (7575A)
Hewlett-Packard Draftpro-EXL (7576A)
HPGL Import for SolidWorks is very easy to use as it adds a new file type to the SolidWorks File Open dialog box. To import a HPGL Plot file select Open from the File menu. Select "HPGL Plot Files (*.plt)" from the "File of type" combo box and select a PLT file to import. A new drawing document will be created containing the imported PLT file.

IGES Import for AutoCAD is a plug-in for AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, 2002 and 2004. This plug-in gives AutoCAD the ability to import geometric data from ASCII IGES files.
The Initial Graphics Exchange Specification (.IGES) file format standard was developed to address the incompatibility issue with various CAD/CAM systems. This standard allows efficient and accurate exchange of product definition data across almost all CAD/CAM systems.
IGES files contain graphical data in the form widely accepted by most CAD/CAM systems. IGES Import for AutoCAD converts this geometric data into corresponding AutoCAD entities and adds them to the contents of the currently opened AutoCAD drawing.
IGES Import for AutoCAD is very easy to use. It adds a new command to AutoCAD called "IGESIN". Simply type "IGESIN" at the AutoCAD command prompt and select an IGES file to import.

NC Import for AutoCAD is a plug-in for AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, 2002 and 2004. This plug-in gives AutoCAD the ability to import Numeric Control files.
CNC Machines worldwide use Numeric Control files (.nc or .ncc) to convert programmed instructions to tool movement. NC programs consist of a sequence of codes with parameter data to arrive at a precise description of the toolpath. But the best of NC programmers also can make mistakes. NC Import for AutoCAD lets you import NC files into AutoCAD so that you can view the intended toolpath in 3D.
NC Import for AutoCAD converts the commands in NC files into the corresponding AutoCAD entities and adds them to the contents of the currently opened AutoCAD drawing.
NC Import for AutoCAD is very easy to use. It adds a new command to AutoCAD called "NCIN". Simply type "NCIN" at the AutoCAD command prompt and select a NC file to import.

OBJ Export for AutoCAD is a plug-in for AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, 2002 and 2004. This plug-in gives AutoCAD the ability to export geometric data from AutoCAD to Alias|Wavefront OBJ files.
Alias|Wavefront is the world's leading innovator of 2D/3D graphics technology for the film, video, games, interactive media, industrial design, automotive industry and visualization markets. Their .OBJ ASCII file format is widely accepted the world over for exchanging graphical data between drafting applications.
OBJ Export for AutoCAD can export the following AutoCAD entities: 3D Face, Polygon Mesh, PolyFace Mesh and Solid. These entities form the backbone of any 3D drawing.
OBJ Export for AutoCAD is very easy to use. It adds a new command to AutoCAD called "OBJOUT". Simply type "OBJOUT" at the AutoCAD command prompt and select the entities to export.

STL Export for AutoCAD is a plug-in for AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, 2002 and 2004. This plug-in gives AutoCAD the ability to export geometric data to ASCII as well as binary Stereolithography (STL) files.
AutoCAD already has a "STLOUT" command which exports STL files. But unfortunately it has some limitations. Firstly, it exports only 3D Solids and that too only one at a time. It does not export 3D Face, Polygon Mesh and Polyface Mesh entities which can very well be a part of a STL model. STL Export for AutoCAD addresses these issues. With STL Export for AutoCAD you can now export multiple 3D Solid, 3D Face, Polygon Mesh and Polyface Mesh entities to a single STL file.
STL Export for AutoCAD is very easy to use. It adds a new command to AutoCAD called "STLEX". Simply type "STLEX" at the AutoCAD command prompt and select the entities to export.

JXHTMLEDIT is a cross-platform WYSIWYG HTML/XHTML content authoring tool, a very small Java applet based on the Java 2 Platform. JXHTMLEDIT provides word processor-like user interface that allows to edit the document directly in the final form (as will be rendered). JXHTMLEDIT is flexible and could be used to easily integrate WYSIWYG authoring functionality into existing products or services. Applet is less than 70 KB, so it loads very quickly.
Main Features
- platform independent, works on most Operating Systems available today
- browser-based and cross-browser Java Applet, works fine with any Javascript-enabled internet browser that support Sun Java Plug-in 1.4 or higher
- two different jar versions are available:
- - signed (jxhtmledit.jar) : to support cut-and-paste to and from system clipboard;
