Introduction: USniper is a simple tool that runs on your computer and enters bids on your behalf in the last seconds of the auction process. How does it work?USniper is a Robot application that does the biding for you at a specified future time. The Robot does not rely on your system date or time, it uses Ebay's clock. Internet connection is not required for the duration but the program must keep running and at the time of the bidding your computer must be connected to the Internet. (Internet connection is only needed at the beginning and at the end of the bidding process). Getting Started.After installing the program get familiar with the user interface. We recommend that you choose a simulated mode at least once to view how the program works, as follows:
1. Choose simulated mode by clicking the red "live" button
2. Log in to Ebay and check "keep me signed in" box
3.Navigate the Ebay site that shows in the right pan to the item that you would like to bid for. Start the bidding process by entering your maximum bid price and clicking on 'Place Bid". To view the final page: Click here .
4. Do not click on 'Submit', instead select the number of seconds from the drop down box on the left pan.
5.At the end of the process both the 'Lapsed time' and 'Seconds to end of action' will be running continuously. When 'Seconds to end of auction' will match the seconds that you have selected (between 3 and 13), the system will stop ( since this is a simulated mode).

You may also optionally include a test title and whether you want to include some test instructions. You may specify the fonts (name, size, bold, italic, color, underline) for the headers and footers, title, instructions and questions.

FileTiger is a high-power dual-window file synchronizer and backup tool. Most file backups consist of two operations:
1) Looking at files, including examining their contents, changing storage details like file names and dates, and exploring directory trees.
2) Moving the files between two folders or directories, including copying, copying only newer or missing files, and creating archives (backups and ZIP files).

The window that appear as Find Shortcuts starts is similar to the Find Files window that comes with Windows 98. Most of the elements (menus, buttons, etc.) should be familiar.
Shortcuts always have a "target" which will be invoked. Depending on the target, the shortcut may open a folder, run a program, open a document, play a music file, open a web page, and so forth. When "Test" is selected (from the Edit menu, clicking the Test button, or by pressing F7), Find Shortcuts checks the target of each shortcut to see if it is valid. Since shortcuts can have a variety of targets, testing can involve various actions, but in most cases Find Shortcuts simply checks to see if the target exists on your system.
During testing, a progress bar appears in the second portion of the status bar. If any shortcuts fail the test, that part of the status bar will indicate how many failed. Shortcuts that pass the test will display a green check mark beside the filename. Those that fail will have a red "X" and the entire line for that shortcut will be red a
If the Named box is left empty, Find Shortcuts will search for all shortcuts. Otherwise, only shortcut filenames matching the search string will be found. Wildcards (* and ?) can be used, but are often not necessary. For example, entering "ms" in the Named box will locate all shortcuts which contain "ms" (or "MS") anywhere in their filename. The Named box also includes a drop down list of previous search strings.
The Types box can limit the search to only certain types of shortcuts. This can be useful if you are searching through large numbers of shortcuts (e.g., the entire Start Menu).
Once you click Find Now (or press Enter) you will see search results (if any shortcuts matching the search criteria are found). Once you see files you can test the shortcuts.
