NEPM is a very general, highly configurable, two part software system that monitors any type of logged data from IP networked equipment and reports it via E-mail and web pages. Current conditions and history from systems based on Windows NT/2000 and UNIX can be tracked and reported. Most major server, switch and router systems can be monitored, without running agents on the target systems. Many networks behind separate firewalls can be reported on at one central site. NEPM itself is system independent and can be hosted on either a UNIX or WinNT system or a combination of these with equal ease. NEPM monitors and reports uptime, critical events such as intrusion attempts, access rates, bytes-transferred rates, and error rates of network nodes. Unique precursor event links drill down instantly to the causes of downtime, intrusion events, etc. Performance graphs highlight element throughput and error rate. Hardware and software sub-systems within nodes are tracked and reported separately but in a common format that makes possible direct comparison. True hardware uptime is reported so that hardware and software performance can be separated from that of the communications links and from each other. Summary reports and alerts aggregate a view of an entire network's status onto a single page. Reports are provided via web pages posted to a web server for instant access to results. E-mailed text alerts provide prompt notification of dangerous conditions. NEPM is managed via a browser interface, providing full local or remote control from anywhere on the network. Use NEPM to increase your network uptime, increase network security, monitor QOS and SLA's, and evaluate new equipment. Equipment monitored can be Windows or Linux/UNIX/FreeBSD servers, or any processor-based system that logs events to non-volatile storage and has a telnet/rlogin/ssh/IP stream-mode interface.

DriveSitter is a full-featured HDD analyzation, health diagnostic and background monitoring tool for IDE hard disk drives based upon modern S.M.A.R.T. (Self Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology).
It processes up to 30 health related attributes per HDD as well as the overall health status of the HDD and the HDD temperature simultaneously.
It reliably detects and forecasts up to 70% of all sudden HDD failures before they happen: You will be alerted of unhealthy conditions by various notification methods including emails, network messages and execution of user-defined files. This will give you precious time to save your data before HDD crashes occur!
Furthermore, DriveSitter collects a stock of past health attributes and estimates the remaining lifetime of each health related attribute (T.E.C. dates) by advanced statistical analysis that provide a minimum of false alarms. The stock of past health attributes can be visualized in time series graphs or analyzed by the means of descriptive statistics.
Moreover, DriveSitter displays up to 130 advanced HDD details, provides a polished graphical user interface, an extensive program help and much more! No administrative rights required.
NEW: Separate temperature stock, intelligent temperature polling intervals, automatic downtime detection and display of HDD temperatures in system tray!

Computer Lab Management System. Increase efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness of your computer labs. Turn your lab into a production line. Automate major processes in the computer laboratory.
A facility equipped with VeraLab will enjoy the following:
Secure environment. Users are discouraged from unlawful activities. ?heck-in and locking prevents unauthorized access. Registration logs help identify abusers. Alert lists inform personnel of known abusers. List of running applications and screenshots can be captured.
Increased availability of workstations. Equipment problems can be tracked and collaborated upon to ensure prompt resolution. Out-of-order stations can be marked unavailable for check-in.
Optimized occupancy. Fewer workstations are needed to process higher traffic. Lab assistants can view room occupancy in the entire lab and redirect users to less-occupied rooms.
Better resource planning. Usage statistics help reveal shortages of equipment and estimate needed quantities. Cost of maintenance and downtime data help avoid buying from low quality vendors.
Lower software expenses through software metering. A limited number of users can use certain software simultaneously. Thus, you can buy fewer licenses and still install software on every workstation.
High degree of control. Managers can view the current status from anywhere via the Internet. Stricter employee attendance is encouraged by requiring employees to check in when starting and ending shifts.
Streamlined processes. Lab assistants do not need to communicate with technicians in person.
Reporting capabilities. Attendance data can be collected and presented for payroll processing. Analytical data can be pulled into reports.
Better lab scheduling. If there is a need to limit the lab's open hours, the system will pinpoint lower traffic periods.
Immunity from accusations of negligence. In case of hacker activity the system provides all necessary means to identify abusers.
