axsImaging2 is an ATL COM component which gives your application the ability to read, write and process image data in a variety of standard image formats. This includes the most commonly used variants of BMP, PNG, JPEG, TIFF and RAW image formats.
Image manipulations include flip, rotate, crop, tile, negate and resize. Color processing includes RGB, HSB and Brightness/Contrast adjustment.
RGB, Gray, CMY and CMYK images are supported, with bit depths of 1 to 64 bits per pixel. The bit depth can be adjusted using nearest color, Bayer dither or Floyd-Steinberg algorithms. Palatte based image data is also supported, allowing up to 256 colors. There is support for transparency, mask planes and up to 16 special colors.
The component provides efficient direct access to raster data and palette data so that specialised image processing can be implemented by the client application if needed.
Also included is axsSimplePicture, an ActiveX control which provides a simple way to display the image data in your application.

Create graphics with your favorite painting program, and then convert them into icon files with this program. You can also convert icon files into different images. The program supports BMP, ICO, JPG, PCX, PNG, TGA, and RAS formats. You can change the dimensions and the color depths of the images when you convert them. You can also set pixels to transparent, or if the image has a color depth of 32 BPP (Windows XP icon format), you can set an alpha value for each pixel.

MonitorTest is a tool that allows users to investigate the quality and performance of their computer monitor or LCD flat panel screens. With more people spending more time in front of computer monitors it is important to purchase a quality monitor that will provide crisp, bright images, while reducing the strain on your eyes. MonitorTest displays a series of specially designed images on the screen at a variety of different resolutions and color depths to test for optimum visual performance. Program creates table of contents (TOC) of HTML files from header header tags. It does:
- Can process single or multiple files.
- Automatically uses existing named anchors inside header tags or creates new ones if none.
- Automatically links TOC items to header tags.
- User sets range of header tags being used in TOC. This can be used to create TOCs of various depths from the same files.
- Can process page titles, which is useful for multiple file processing. Titles have precedence over H1 tag.
- Completely re-entrant. If you change the file after you have generated TOC, when you again supply it to the program, the program doesn't create redundant named anchors and doesn't duplicate TOC.
- Can put numbering (like "1.20.4.") both into TOC items and header tags. If multiple files are processed then numbering is kept in order throughout all files.
- TOC appearance is based on a template. User can create a new template or edit existing one. Program is shipped with some predefined templates. You have total control over TOC style.
- User specifies a place where to insert TOC. IF place is not specified, program selects a place automatically.
