The Subscription Manager add-in (SUM) is designed for automatic adding/deleting subscribers to/from Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP/2003 mailing lists based on special e-mail messages from them (requests). A request is a standard e-mail message that contains a command for SUM in its "Subject" field. Subscription Manager is the first mailing list management software for Microsoft Outlook.
SUM is capable of processing "subscribe", "unsubscribe" and "help" requests. When subscribe or unsubscribe request is received, the user is added to or deleted from the distribution list specified in the request. Upon receipt of a help request, a message with information about current subscription status and request sending rules is sent to the user. The adding to the distribution list can be made both with obtaining confirmation from the user and without it.
Once a request is processed, SUM sends auto-reply with information about processing result. Auto-replies are created based on Outlook templates using special macros (expressions that are automatically replaced when sending a message). You can make any desired changes to appearance of SUM auto-replies by changing the auto-reply templates.
Since 1.1 version, Subscription Manager also support mailing lists with subscription confirmation to exclude subscriptions from fake and another's emails. And now Subscription Manager support almost features of standalone products for mailing list management.

One modem or ISDN card is enough and fax@NET Server receives and sends your faxes. Those are saved as pictures and you can send them e.g. to your outlook. So your net becomes a Unified Messaging Network. You can send your faxes via the WebClient, the fax@NET Plus Printer or programmatically via a TCP socket communication. Socket communication means that you can send faxes from any location in the world only over this interface. Many filetypes are supported. Sending a fax via the webclient is only possible with certain file types, but sending via the printer driver works with each application. You easily can send faxes directly from your website. With fax@NET Server you can send faxes from everywhere in the world, you just need having the printerdriver installed on your machine and a server anywhere else. Also using fax@NET Server in your company is easy. The client machines only need the printer driver. The only thing they have to enter is the faxnumber and once their email adresses for a confirmation email. The mails are delivered to your working place and can be viewed e.g. with the Internet Explorer or any other image processing programmes. You can choose a file format between jpg (that can be viewed on almost every machine) or the sff format (you need a special sff viewer for taking a look on it). The advantage of the sff file is that it is one file and is not splitted in two or more pictures. Also the size of your pictures is electable. In the light of the numbers (MSNs) for direct dialing faxes are delivered to different receivers. In addition you also can establish a redirection for known senders of course. So e.g. the "purchasing section" gets faxes from suppliers indifferently where they have been sent to. A detailed log file makes it easy for administrators to find and solve a problem if something does not work properly. All configuration is saved in one xml-file so updating the software is also easy because you only need to replace the exe-file.

Shareware Assistant (SWA) is a program designed to help shareware authors process orders, manage their business, track customer information and offer/ship physical product (through our SwiftCD interface). It can automatically retrieve order mails from registration services, such as RegNow, SWReg, and ShareIt. Order confirmation e-mails are parsed and the data is stored in a local database. Atomic Subscription Manager is a mailing list management utility. Once installed, this program automatically handles all user requests to subscribe/unsubscribe to/from the mailing list. The number of mailing lists that can be maintained is not limited. Atomic Subscription Manager is the subscription central station working real-time, 24 hours a day. Each list can have its own unique rules how to subscribe and unsubscribe the users. 3. Local files. The program may periodically poll the files on your computer and load a list of e-mail addresses to add or remove from a mailing list. This option should be used if your home computer is used as a dedicated server or you download lists of e-mail addresses from the Internet manually
4. Manually. You can add or remove users from the list manually (for example, a user may ask you to join by the phone or other way).
