VisualRoute combines the tools Traceroute, Ping, and Whois into an easy-to-use graphical interface that analyzes Internet connections to quickly locate where an outage or slowdown occurs. In addition, VisualRoute identifies the geographical location of IP addresses and Web servers on a global map--key information for security purposes to help identify network intruders and Internet abusers.
VisualRoute also features an email tracking for troubleshooting email problems, a ping grapher for analyzing connectivity over time, and domain and network Whois information for quick problem or abuse reporting. Integration with Internet Explorer provides one-click traces to any Web site.
The ping capabilities provide a good idea of whether or not the site is live, while traceroute will help determine where along the route the problem lies. VisualRoute's traceroute provides three types of data: an overall analysis, a data table, and a geographical view of the routing. The analysis is a brief description of the number of hops, where problems occurred, and the type of Web server software running at the site you are trying to reach. The data table lists information for each hop, including the IP address, node name, geographical location and the major Internet backbone where each server resides. The World map gives a graphical representation of the actual path of an Internet connection. Users can zoom in/out and move the map around to position it as desired. A mouse click on a server or network name opens a pop-up Whois window, providing instant contact information for problem reporting.
VisualRoute is available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish, and may be easily changed from one language to another. Available on the Windows, Solaris, Linux, FreeBSD, and Mac OS X platforms.

Modes
5 different views allows you to choose from many views. Even in micro mode you can resize the window of Player. 2 modes without playlist: brief and micro and 2 modes with playlist: medium and full. Player recalls last choosen mode from the first two and last choosen mode from the second, it allows you easy changing between them by pressing 'Switch mode' button. Full mode allows you to sort the playlist by any of criteria such as artist, title, genre, year. 5th mode (background mode) allows you to control Player from popup menu in the system tray.
Video window
Video window is separate window without border. Allowed video modes are 25%, 50%, 100%, 200%, 300%, 400%, full screen with control, full screen without control. Control (player window in brief mode) can be docked at top of the video window, at bottom of video window and undocked.
Playlist
You can add items in the playlist, sort the list, delete selected items, delete not existing files by one click. Also you can assign additional file to any media file and add virtual tracks (cue tracks).
Virtual tracks
Virtual track is not actual track, it contain only start position and description, not actual data. Is has been made to make navigation of each individual file more friendly. Especially it can helps you to play a long files, such as video films or dj mixes. You can fully manipulate the virtual tracks inside the Player. Cue file format is used for saving all information of virtual tracks. Several advantages of it include ability to edit cue files manually (it's a text format) and to import a cue file in many CD burning programs.

Service Center Manager (SCM) ? software for service centers and workshops.
SCM represents new generation of management software for service centers. It manages full life cycle of repairing and tuning ? from equipment reception to shipping repaired equipment back to customer. Along with management it provides profit and statistical analysis of activity by different types of work reports.
SCM is built with intuitive interface bound to terms used in service industry. So, it works with "Equipment" having one or more "Defects". "Equipment" is received from "Client". After 1st stage ? "Receiving", it goes to 2nd ? "Estimating", where "Repairs" investigated to be done on this item ? and so on.
Here is brief list of stages:
- receiving;
- estimating (defects and repair pricing);
- customer approval;
- dry-out (if needed);
- repairing (in-house or subcontracted);
- quality check;
- shipping back to customer.
Each Equipment is accounted by it's Model, Model Group, Manufacturer and Serial Number, and can have one or more Accessories (also available for repair). Repair pricing are automatically calculated by Rates assigned to each Model, Accessory depending on Defect found.
As already mentioned, SCM has great "Reports" section, covering all kinds of requests (financial, work related, summaries etc.). We can customize reports for our clients.
