Pocket War is a strategic turn-based war game much like the old Empire or Galacitc Conquest games. You start with a single city that can produce a variety of war machines. By choosing what to manufacture and sending orders to your troops, you give your troops the guidance they need to vanquish the computer, but beware that the computer will be trying to do the same to you. Features include over 30 unit types, massive numbers of armies supported on huge maps, network-based multiplayer, multiple AIs to choose from, custom scripting to remove repetitive tasks, free MODs available for download on the MetalShard Web site, and more. Pocket war nominated "Best Strategy Game for 2002" by Pocket PC Magazine and "Best Non-Action Game for 2003" at the Shareware Industry Awards.

Moraff's Falling Blocks is a colorful, fun game for one or two players on the same PC. It offers 16.8 million colors and builds a graphic background on the game board as each level is eliminated. Landscape and fractal backgrounds are also available. The block sizes can be resized to standard or custom sizes, which is good, since the standard rectangular blocks can challenge your perception as they fall and rotate. The blocks get smaller and change in configuration yet the game board remains the same size. Keep an eye on the optional preview screen to check out which block is coming down next -- you'll need to strategically place the huge annoyance pieces that occasionally fall, as well as utilize bomb blocks effectively. Five different block sets are included; their appearance changes as you graduate to different levels. High scores are maintained for each of the four predetermined game sizes. An optional included MoreJongg game utilizes the same blocks for the tiles.
