Attachments Processor will not only help you to save space in PST file or in a mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange server, it will also offer greater opportunities for automatic attachment management. The program can automatically extract attachments from incoming messages and save them to hard disc. Extracted attachment is replaced in a message with a link to the file on disc, or, at user's discretion, a text file with attachment description and the link to it can be added to the message.
The program is operable in Simple and Advanced modes. In the Advanced mode, the user may set up specific attachment processing rules for different attachment types and for different folders. In both modes, seven basic patterns for naming disc folders attachments are to be saved to, and seven basic patterns for attachment file renaming are available; besides, Attachments Processor supports a simple macro-language which a user can use to create custom naming patterns.

Print Tools for Outlook is a Microsoft Outlook add-in. It will help you automatically print incoming and outgoing messages with attachments (as well as messages and attachments separately) without even opening them. The plug-in automatically unpacks and prints packed ZIP and RAR attachments, and supports manual and automatic working modes. Program settings necessary for the automatic working mode intuitively clear and they are few.
Messages printed with Print Tools look exactly the same as those printed with the standard means of Microsoft Outlook. But the plug-in makes up for some of its shortcomings. Thus, you have to change the format of an HTML message to RTF or TXT to be able to print the message with the list of attachments, because none of Microsoft Outlook versions adds the list of attachments to the message header in the HTML format. Using Print Tools, you can forget about this problem.
Using Microsoft Outlook rules together with the Print Tools plug-in allows you to create a system that will automatically print messages and/or files attached to them. Although Microsoft Outlook has a standard printing rule, you can neither specify (or forbid) specific file types nor print an attachment separately from its message.
Print Tools makes it possible to print any message and attachment (as well as Notes, Tasks, etc.) of any format. To start printing, just click the Print Tools button on the Microsoft Outlook toolbar.

Redirect for Outlook will provide you with the opportunity to redirect messages instead of forwarding them.
Standard Microsoft Outlook features only offer the possibility to forward a message, which is not always convenient for a number of reasons:
- the forwarding mode is selected deep in the program settings, and its frequent switching is very difficult;
- whatever forwarding mode is selected, a person who has forwarded a message will be shown in the Sender field, not sender of the initial message, so message sorting rules used by the recipient as well as search will work improperly;
- in the forwarding mode when the message being forwarded is inserted as a quotation, its Internet headings are lost and double quotation may occur when answering such message;
- in both modes, there is no possibility to reply to a message by hitting only one button, one has to copy initial sender's address from the message body, which may result in occasional mistakes;
- in both modes, forwarding of an already sent message currently in the Outgoing folder is very difficult.
Redirect for Outlook solve all these problems, as it provide you with the opportunity to redirect messages instead of forwarding them: one more button, Redirect, will appear on the toolbar near the Reply and Forward buttons. Recipient of the redirected message will see it just as you saw it when it was delivered to you. Internet headings will be kept, sender will remain the same, formatting will also remain intact. The only thing you will have to do to reply to a message is just to click the Reply button. If you often redirect messages to one and the same address, you can enter it in the RFO settings, and it will be inserted automatically.
Important note:
Add-in should be installed on both sender's and recipient's sides. When you press Redirect menu, a new message, fully identical to original one, is created. Original message headers are sent as an attachment of redirected message.

Using PhoneFax you can send faxes and emails (the fax will be attached to the email in .dcx or .jpg format),
you can send faxes to a group of recipients (having fax or email). Using filters you can save incoming or outgoing faxes to different folders and assign actions to these folders (fax forwarding, send SMS, send to a group of recipients, send a voice message, printout). Via PhoneOffice you can even change the fax forwarding number.
The filters can contain several numbers and or parts of a number, or parts of the header line (using wildcards, example *123*).
