Web Update Builder is a content management tool for creating small stand alone software clients that allow inexperienced users make changes to their web sites. The whole concept is quite simple. You just have to add special WUB HTML tags to mark editable areas on web pages. You can do that with any text or specialized HTML code editor or using simple tag extension (provided with the program) for Dreamweaver.
