Turn on/off Windows dial-up server at specified time automatically.
A common problem using dial-up server is how to use single phone line both for normal speaking and for remote dial-up access. A simple solution is to enable/disable dial-up server by schedule. For example, enable it at night-time and disable at day-time. Dial-up Server Manger just can do it automatically.
