Use Advanced File Protector to protect all your private files using the strongest encryption algorithms available, create self extracting/decrypting archives, and much more. Besides using the common passwords, Advanced File Protector can also create physical keys that will be used to encrypt/decrypt your private files. The key can travel with you in a floppy disk, zip disk, USB disk and other removable disks. That way, it's virtually impossible to decrypt your files without the key.
Advanced File Protector uses very strong encryption algorithms including RSA and the newest AES standard Rijndael with key sizes from 64 up to 1024 bits length.
It also includes a Key Disaster Recovery tool to rebuild your key case you loose it, a powerful file shredder, a fully customizable interface, full integration with Windows(tm) Explorer shell, Drag & Drop support, built in compression, and many comprehensive tutorials for you to quickly learn how to use Advanced File Protector.

BootPart is an easy tool for adding one partition in the Windows NT multi boot menu (by samples, OS/2 boot manager or Linux partition).
Bootpart 2.50 is compatible with Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
BOOTPART lets you add partitions in the Windows NT/2K/XP Multiboot menu. Usually, you only have an MSDOS or Windows 95 entry and one (or several) entries on the Windows NT multiboot.
With BOOTPART, you can add any partition on the menu. You can add OS/2 Multiboot, or Linux Partition (with Lilo) in the menu.
You can also restore the Dos, Windows 95/98/Me or NT Bootloader boot sector on Fat partition.
BOOTPART creates a 512 bytes file which contains an image of a boot sector that loads the boot sector of the partition. After, this file is declared in C:\BOOT.INI (a text file used by Windows NT boot menu). The boot sector comes from FDFormat and WinImage.
The version 2.50 has now very cool feature : repair Windows NT loader boot sector on Fat partition (but Bootpart cannot the repair under Windows NT/2K/XP), easily add both MS-Dos 6.22 and Windows 95 in boot menu, support FAT32 and disk over 4 GB, and LBA addressing...

axsStrongBox is a COM component which provides strong, secure data encryption (public and private key). It can be easily integrated into Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi and VBScript applications.
StrongBox uses industry standard, public domain algorithms - choose between Rijndael (AES), Twofish, Blowfish, DES and Triple DES (private key) or RSA (public key). ECB and CBC modes are available, with various standard padding options, for compatibility with other systems.
Encrypting a file or a block of memory takes just a single method call. File encryption provides a convenient way of securing sensitive data files, including password files or any other private data. Memory buffer encryption is useful for network/Internet data transfers, or for encrypting specific sections of a composite file.
The RSA Signature algorithm can be used to sign data, and hash values can be calculated using MD5, SHA1 or SHA2 (up to 512 bits).
Built in GZIP functionality can be used to compress the data before encryption, and the compressed stream can optionally be base64 encoded.
It is possible to set the strength of encryption anywhere between 8 and 448 bits, so that your application can abide by any local leglislation regulating the supply or export of strong encryption systems.
StrongBox uses a very flexible password specification, allowing for arbitrary length binary passwords. Your application is therefore free to make use of any password specification it chooses, be it a PIN, alphanumeric password, passphrase or a full binary key.
StrongBox comes with a comprehensive help file, plus full example projects showing how to use the component in Visual C++, Visual Basic and Delphi environments.

The xICE Desktop provides industrial strength encryption, utilizing the popular xICE encryption algorithm, in a very down to Earth package. The xICE Desktop allows you to password protect, and encrypt individual files, entire folders, and emails with multiple attachments. Thanks to the free service provided by ScrambleMail.com, people receiving protected emails don't even have to have the xICE software to decrypt the messages. The xICE Desktop also comes equipped with a Keylogger detector which eliminates a common point of failure among other encryption systems. The xICE encryption algorithm provides an unprecedented level of security; with a base strength of approximately 320-bits for an 8 letter password (strength grows with password length 8-bits at a time, and also grows with the amount of time your computer has been running). xICE Encryption is fully HIPAA Compliant.

VeriFinger SDK for Windows CE is intended for biometric developers, who design fingerprint identification software for compact devices. SDK supports MS Embedded Visual C++. It allows rapid development of the biometric application using functions from VeriFinger library, which ensure high reliability of the fingerprint identification, 1:1 and 1:N matching modes. Requires 150 MHz CPU and 512 kB of memory.
VeriFinger SDK for Windows CE distribution package contains:
* VeriFinger library;
* Interface for image input from file;
* Source code of library usage sample application. Source code is in Embedded Visual C++ 3.0;
* Documentation.
System requirements for sample application:
* Pocket PC with ARM-based processor;
* Windows CE 3.0
System requirements for VeriFinger library for Windows CE:
* StrongARM 206MHz or Intel XScale 400MHz (PXA250) based device

Fingerprint identification engine VeriFinger is intended for biometric systems developers and integrators. VeriFinger ensures high reliability of the fingerprint identification, 1:1 and 1:N matching modes, comparison speed up to 20000 fingerprints per second, and requires only 512 kB of memory. Available as SDK for MS Windows (supports C/C++, Visual Basic 6).
2002 12 03 We released new VeriFinger 4.1 SDK.
Main VeriFinger 4.1 differences from VeriFinger 4.0 are following:
1. Substantial improving of sample programs. Now sample programs include source code examples of fingerprint template compressing, fast search in the big databases, enrolled fingerprint checking for already existing duplicates etc. At this time is available only Visual C and Visual Basic samples, Delphi and Java samples will be included soon.
2. Matching speed improving. VeriFinger 4.1 has only two matching speeds 'LOW' and 'HIGH'. Following is the comparison of VeriFinger 4.1 version matching speeds respect VeriFinger 4.0 version '0' and '5' speeds: Speed improvements in matched fingerprints pairs per second (for "AMD Athlon XP1.6+" processor) (1.4 GHz).
Speed parameter 'LOW'/ '0' 'HIGH'/ '5'
Without G VF 4.0 ~40 ~1700
VF 4.1 ~1100 ~3000
With G VF 4.0 ~200 ~8500
VF 4.1 ~5500 ~15000
3. Matching quality improvement. 'LOW' speed identification quality (in 'General' mode) is the same as VeriFinger 4.0 '0' identification quality. However 'HIGH' speed identification quality is much better than VeriFinger 4.0 '5' speed quality.
4. Like 4.0 version, VeriFinger 4.1 algorithm can process any scanner images ('General' mode), but it also contain optimized modes for particular scanners/sensors: DigitalPersona U.are.U, Identix Touch View, BiometriKa FX 2000, Precise Biometrics 100 SC, KeyTronis Security Desctop, ST Microelectronics TouchChip, Identicator Technology DF-90, AuthenTec AES4000 and AF-S2, Atmel FingerChip, BMF BLP-100, SecuGen Hamster scanners.
