4D Keeper is developed for automatic synchronization with exact-time servers. It is one of the simplest and handiest time-synchronizers for Windows ever made. The program helps to be sure of your PC clock accuracy. With just two buttons, you will be able to detect whether your Windows clock displays exact time.
